It has a full kitchen with all appliances. Includes cookware, flatware, dinnerware, wine glasses, & even margarita glasses! Includes front-loading washer and dryer. Everything is included including wireless internet, new 40" smart TV in living room and new $34" smart TV in master bedroom. Both have high speed internet for streaming services. Nothing has been left out of the magnificent property for your comfort.
Monthly and weekly discounted rates are kept current and will price correctly upon booking.
The mailbox key is on the ring with the pool key. The boxes are in the breezeway of Bld C across the pool from the unit. You can also receive UPS and FedX.
A set of the "Rules and Regs" will be in the condo when you arrive. Please read them over. While I allow pets in the condo, the association is enforcing a size limit of 15 lbs. If you have a larger dog, there will be a surcharge of $100/month as that is the fine for being out of compliance.

Summary: This is a great unit in an ok complex. The latter is in need of a refresher but the unit is absolutely precious, quaint, neat, and thoughtfully appointed. It comes with lots readily available. The neighborhood is centrally situated to many desirable areas of Lafayette. The host is very gracious and amenable to requests and frequent communication if need be. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!
